Yemen Mokha Matari comes from the high-altitude growing region of Bani Matari, near Sana’a, where coffee is produced on small plots by roughly 100 farmers. Grown at elevations starting around 2,000 meters and reaching up to about 2,400 meters above sea level, this lot reflects the rustic sweetness, spice, and depth that make Yemeni coffees so distinctive. Roasted to a medium profile, it develops a bittersweet base with cocoa depth, savory spice notes, and a deep, lingering finish.
