This coffee comes from Aceh Tengah in northern Sumatra, where traditional wet-hulled processing gives the coffee its unmistakable character. Known for producing some of the most distinctive coffees in the world, this region creates cups with dense body, earthy aromatics, and deep bittersweet flavors.

Tasting Notes
At darker roast levels, the cup develops molasses, tobacco, peat, and baking cocoa with notes of aromatic wood and earthy spice. The body becomes dense and inky with very low acidity. The finish is bold and bittersweet with lingering cocoa and rustic sweetness.
