Carpenter Estates’ Sigri section, located in the Wahgi Valley of Papua New Guinea’s Western Highlands, is one of the country’s most respected coffee estates. Sitting at elevations above 1,500 meters, Sigri is known for meticulous handpicking, shade-grown cultivation, and exceptionally clean washed processing.

Cherries are harvested only at peak ripeness and undergo a multi-stage fermentation and washing sequence, followed by more than 20 days of conditioning and careful sun-drying. The result is a remarkably clean, consistent coffee with a smooth, full body and refined flavor clarity - standing apart from typical PNG profiles.
