Ethiopia Godina Guji SWP Decaf is a Swiss Water Process decaf sourced from Ethiopia’s Guji Zone, with a small portion from neighboring Sidama. Composed of both natural and washed coffees, this lot retains much of the fruit, sweetness, and aromatic complexity that make Ethiopian coffees so distinctive. At a medium roast, it develops a rounder body and deeper sweetness while still preserving its lively origin character.
