At medium roast, this coffee offers semi-sweet chocolate and creamy nut tones up front. The aroma evokes chocolate chips, molasses, and peanut butter cookie. In the cup you’ll find malted barley syrup, chocolate-covered nuts, and a dark chocolate cookie quality with a salty/bittersweet finish. As it cools, savory umami tones emerge, while nutty notes remain in the background.
